This course includes general instruction related to general English language instruction (listening, reading, writing correction, speaking practice, etc.).
The course 8 lessons long. Each package’s fees are paid in advance. With an active package, students may book lessons for that month.
Students must pay in full before classes begin using the method specified by our company.
Students will only be able to reserve classes after payment has been confirmed.
Class dates can be reserved in bulk after payment has been confirmed.
Students may cancel mid-course for personal reasons.
If you wish to cancel your contract midway, please contact us.
If a student is more than ten minutes late after the start of class, the class will be treated as already held.
Classes will not be extended, rescheduled, or refunded due to lateness.
Students must contact our company by 5pm the day before the class to apply for rescheduling.
If contact is received by the previous day, a rescheduled class can be booked within the dates provided by our company.
If no contact is received by the previous day, the class will be invalid, and no rescheduling will be provided.
Video recording, audio recording, or reproduction of class content, teaching materials, handouts, etc. is prohibited. Reproduction or sharing with third parties is prohibited.
Harassment, defamation, or harassment of our instructors or other students.
Any other behaviour that our company deems inappropriate.
If a student violates any of the prohibited acts listed in the previous article, we may terminate this Agreement without prior notice. In this case, tuition fees will not be refunded.
If it becomes difficult to hold a class due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, communication disruptions, or the instructor’s sudden illness, we will respond by rescheduling the class, etc.
We will manage students’ personal information appropriately and will not provide it to third parties except as required by law.
Course materials and homework are provided on a per lesson basis and are designed with the student’s level and progression in mind.
Lessons may not be refunded due to poor quality audio or internet connection. We ask that all students test their connection and equipment in advance of any lesson.
